This privacy statement applies to Aquspi Creation GmbH web shop. We are committed to the privacy of our customers.

1. Personal data

Personal data is only used for processing the orders or providing the services of Aquspi Creation GmbH. The personal data includes all information which the customer inputs into the registration forms or in their account settings. This information can be used for internal advertising purposes.

Personal data will be given to third parties only in cases, which are mandatory for delivering our service to the customer. (Ex. Shipping information for the carrier.) This data may only be used to fulfill the service. Any other use of the information is prohibited.

2. Payment information / Credit card

The company Lyra Network GmbH(PayZen) does payment processing on behalf of Aquspi Creation GmbH. Lyra Network GmbH is a certified payment service provider and complies with all legal regulations for payment service providers.

The payment is done directly on the servers from Lyra Network GmbH. Therefore, the Aquspi web shop server has no access to the customer’s credit card information. The shop software only gets conformation that the payment was completed.

3. Newsletter

Aquspi Creation GmbH sends news and advertising through newsletters. The customer has to explicitly check the checkbox in their personal information to request the newsletter. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, the customer needs only to uncheck this option at any time.

4. Non personal data

Statistical data (Ex. browser type, version, etc.) is collected anonymously. It is used in order to improve the web shop according to visitor’s behavior and for optimizing it to browsers used by the visitors.

5. Cookies

The Aquspi web shop uses cookies to provide all its functions properly (ex. cart). Most browsers accept cookies automatically. The visitor can change this behavior in their browser settings requiring cookie acceptance to be verified by the customer each time or to block them in general. The customer can delete these cookies at any time on their PC or mobile device by using the appropriate setting in the browser.

6. Social Media

7. Security

As soon the visitor starts an order or is logged in, the data is transmitted and encrypted by SSL according to the current technology standards.
